                                                   TECHNICAL TEACmNG.
                              The technical schools of Quebec and Montreal were founded in
                          1907, by the Government of the Province of Quebee. Five new schools
                          have been founded sinee tbat date.    Classes are held in day-time for
                          the regular pupils and at night-time for' the workmen or apprentices
                          who are employed during the day.
