Vaudreuil, C. E.—distant from Montreal, 36 miles—usual stage fare, 7s. 6d.—usual steamboat fare from
Cascades, (5 miles below) to Lachine, 2s. 6d. Population about 225.

tion of the Village taken altogether, is very pleasant. Population of the Parish of Chambly about 5000.
