THIS COMPANY established its Agency in Canada in the year 1804, and continues
to insure property of every description against loss or damage by Fire, at reasonable rates.
Losses settled in the Country, without reference to the Board of Directors in London.
The Company is composed of a numerous body of wealthy proprietors, who are indivi-
dually liable to the full extent of their private fortunes, in addition to the invested capital
of the Company.
No charge made for Policies.
