       I.  That  the  subscription  to  the  room  (payable  in  all  cases in  advance)  be as follows:
       For  merchants, bankers, managing  clerks  of  commercial  establish-
          ments in the  absence of  their principals, and  others interested in  £2  per  annum.
          the trade  of Quebec,
      For  clerks and gentlemen  not  in  business, residents  of Quebec,  J61  5s.  per  do.
      For  military  and  naval  gentlemen,  and  for  gentlemen  not  residents  10s.  per  quar.
          of the city,
      II.  That  each  subscriber  to  the  room have  the privilege  of  introducing  strangers  fora
          period  not exceeding three weeks, by entering their  names and his own  signature in
          a  book kept  for that purpose.
