collections, transactions, annual or othcr acldrcsses, or other
written matters of the Society; and they shall annually make a
full report to the Society of their transactions, accornpnniccl with
such suggestions as may seem to them appropriate, anti worthy
attention.
ART. XI1.-Any failure on the part of a nicmber to !my his
annual or other dim, after clnc noticc for six months, to be given
by thc Corresponding Sccrctary, shall operstc as a forfeiture of
membership; i~nd no pcrson who lizay thus Iiave lost his mem-
bership sliall be restored or rtwdnitted to the same without full
payment of his arrears.
ART. XII1.-The Executive Committee niny adopt By-Laws
for their own governincnt arid guidance, not inconsistent with
this Constitution.
ART. XIV.-This Constitution iliay be ainended at any
annual meeting of the Society, providcd that the proposed
amendments shall have been reduced to writing, and entered on
the minutes of the Society at least thrce months previous to a
vote being taken on the same; and provided also? that two thirds
of the members present shall concur in the adoption of the
amendment or amendments proposed.
