Funeral Directors Statement
A modern requirement, which may vary from one province
to another, is the issuance of this signed and sealed statement
- an original source with primary information and direct
evidence of date and place of death. In reality, Jane died in
Puslinch Township, not the city of Guelph, but obviously
other sources are available to compare. Cremation at a
certain place does not imply that interment of the ashes
was made at the same place.
