Manitoba Death
This is an original document, as compared with a registrar's
extract. The son George was the informant for the record,
and he only knew the old name for his father's county of
birth (Linlithgowshire became West Lothian). The name
of Peter's mother was slightly off, which may have been
due to George's ignorance or the clerk's error in writing it
down.
