Baptismal Certificate
This certificate was extracted from the original register in
1986; therefore it is a derivative source by genealogical
standards in spite of the "certificate" appellation which is
normally sufficient for government identity purposes. It
map not be possible ever to see the original register from
which this came - many churches wish to protect the
privacy of other entries on the same page as your ancestor.
If the priest was accurate in his transcribing, he provided
additional information per date of birth, father's occupation
and residence, and names of godparents (who, in this case,
were related to the parents).
