                 JOSEPH B. was born Jan.6,l912 and died Sept e l6,1978 at Lewiston,
                 Me. He was the son of Alfred and Agatha Mathieu who were marri~d
                 oct.10,l899 at st.Evariste,p.Q.

                 His wife was Helen Fortin of St.Gedeon,Beauce,P.O. They                           had 4
                 sons: Jules and Rene of Auburn,Me and Albany and Michel of St.
                 Gedeon,P.O. and 4 daughters: Jeannine Labrie and Mrs Alfred(cecile)

                 Bartley and Mrs Bertrand(Gis'ele)Gagnon both of Auburn,Me and
                 Charlotte Grenier of Auburn. ais surviving relatives were 4
                 brothers all of Canada and 4 sisters including Gemma Loubier of
                 Greene,Me. He lived in Lewiston and Auburn,Me for 24 years before
                going. back to Canada last November.

                His grandparents were Magloire and Nathalie Cloutier who were
                married Nov.8,1870 at st.Fr6d'ric,p.o.
                The parents of Magloire were Elie and Cecile Letourneau who were

                married Jan.8,l828 at St.Joseph,Beauce,P.Q.
                The parents of Elie were Pierre and Madeleine Grenier who were
                married Sept.23,1788 at St.Joseph,Beauce,p.Q.

                The parents of Pierre were Alexis and Elisabeth Lessard who were
                married J an.23,1764 at St.Joseph,Beauce.

                The parents of Alexis were NoUl and Jeanne Belanger who were mar-
                ried Jan.16,17l9 at Beauport,P.O.
                The parents of No~l were No~l and Monique Giroux                        who were married
                Nov.24,l695 at Beauport.
