othe!" Provinces while a section is devoted to the important aluminum industry
and an article by the chief of the Geological Survey Service deals chiefÎy with
the geological history of the Province. A map of the physiographical divisions
of the Province, kindly supplied by the Department of Mines, accompanies
this study.
This short enumeration demonstrates the care of the Department of Trade
and Commel'ce to make the Year Book as complete 11 source of infonnation ~as
possible. The Acting Provincial Statistician, the Editor of the Year Book,
his ~ssistant and several technicians from various governmental divisions have
collaborated in the preparation of this book.
There is no need saying that the authorities of the Bureau of Statistics
'hill gladly welcome I1ny suggestions for the improvement of fu ture editions.
This year again the graphs have been drawn under the direction of the chief
of the Service of Economic Carthography in the Department of Trade and Com-
merce.
Lastly. some statistical data have been tl1ken hom publications issued by
the Federal Government.
To conclude, l Y\'1sh to thank ail the officiais who have collaborated in the
preparation of this Year Book.
