year one thousand seven hundred and seventy six.
To make pursue and follow such Eegal courses for
the recovering, receiving and obtaining of the sa-
nze, as I myself, might or could do were I person-
nally present, and upon receipt of the same, ac-
quittances, and other sufficient discharges for me
and in my name, to make sign seal and deliver,
and also one or more attorney or attorneys under
him to substitute and again to revoke ut his plea-
sure, and further to do perform and execute
form, and in my name al1 and singular thing or
things which shall be necessary, touching and
concerning the premisses as fully theroughly and
entirely as I the said Aaron Hart in my own per-
son ought and could do in and about the same. Sa-
tisfying allowing and confirming whatever my
said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done
in and about the execution of the premisses by
virtue of these presents.

hand and seal this twenty first day of December in
the year one tlzousand seven hundrd and ninety
